In response to increasing demand, Central Group is planning to offer flats to investors with guaranteed yields starting next year. This kind of product first appeared on the Czech market two years ago. Dušan Kunovský, head of Central Group, told ČTK that the developer is considering several centrally located projects in Prague that would be suitable as rental and investment flats. He said that yields would range from 4 to 6 percent.
