The Dubiński Fabrycki Jeleński i Wspólnicy law firm took 738 sqm of office at Centrum Królewska in Warsaw. The Rezydent Group, which owns the office building, was represented in the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield, while Skyline Real Estate advised the law firm. Centrum Królewska is located on Marszałkowska street in Warsaw’s city center and offers 7,000 sqm of leasable space.
