Providence Management Company acquired the Century Falls Apartments in Tampa, Florida, for $52.8m. The buyer rebranded the property as Seasons at Westchase. The 273-unit 12-building scheme is in the city’s Citrus Park/Westchase area near Freeway 589. Built in 2003, the property, which sits on 24 acres, features a pool with waterfalls, a basketball court, detached garages and a business center. The seller was Centennial Holding Company. The deal was completed with a $33.7m Fannie Mae loan.
