Miami-based Century Homebuilders Group has filed a application with Miami-Dade county to build a new community called Century Park West. Located at 200 North West 109th avenue in Sweetwater the new development will boast 135 town homes. Century purchased the 7.4 acre former baseball field from the Miami Christian School in 2014 for $300,000. Holland & Knight attorney Juan Mayol is representing Century Homebuilders in the application process.
