A new eight-story office building will go up at the corner of Ludwik Waryński and Polna streets in Warsaw. The Danish developer Ceraco has already appointed Porr Polska and Modzelewski & Rodek to oversee the construction and expects it to take over the construction site at the beginning of next week. Called Polna 40, the scheme involves the demolition of a residential building and the renovation of two other tenement houses. The investment is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2017. Architects from B’ART designed the 10,000 sqm office building.
