Ceraco is preparing to break ground on the second phase of its Ursynów Business Park I project in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. Located on Puławska street, Ursynów Business Park II will include a six-story office building and a parking garage of 5,000 sqm. Ursynów Business Park I includes 8,000 sqm of office space.
This will be the second office investment by Ceraco in Poland.
