CPI Property Group succeeded to renegotiate lease conditions with one of its most important tenants, Česká pojišťovna. One of the leaders on the Czech insurance market, the company agreed to extend its lease contract until 2023 at two buildings owned by CPI Property Group in Prague 4-Pankrác, where it has its headquarters. The company also extended its leases at nine of its regional city offices.
Česká pojišťovna was sold to the Italian Generali Group at the beginning of last year by one of CPI’s rivals on the property front, PPF.
