CetraRuddy moving to One Battery Park Plaza in NYC

Architecture and design firm CetraRuddy has signed a 11 year, 22,894 square foot lease at One Battery Park Plaza in New York city’s Financial District. The firm will relocate from its current location at 584 Broadway. The 870,000 square foot office tower is almost fully leased following a renovation carried out by the owners, Rudin Management and Allianz Real Estate of America. Works included a lobby renovation and new elevator cabs. CetraRuddy expects to move its 108 employee workforce at the end of the year. “When we moved to Soho 30 years ago it was the new frontier,” stated CetraRuddy co-founder and principal Nancy Ruddy. “And we’re glad to move to New York City’s growing nexus of pioneering design ideas.”
