ČEZ to sell a resi neighborhood in Prague 4

7 July 2016

The ČEZ energy group is selling a residential neighborhood in Prague-Písnice. The portfolio includes 739 flats with rent contracts in panelaks near the planned Písnice metro station, which is part of the future D metro line in Prague 4. ČEZ hired Naxos to organize the sale. The company wants to sell the whole portfolio in a public tender. ČEZ explained that it wants to focus on its core business in the energy sector and not on property management. ČEZ originally offered to sell the flats to its tenants in 2003, according to e15, but the sale was blocked because of a lawsuit.
