CFH Group bought the Vodafone headquarters in Prague 5-Stodůlky from Ungelt Partners. The price of the deal, which also included the neighboring office building, was not disclosed. This was the first acquisition CFH Group closed in Prague. The deal totals 26,000 sqm of office space at the City West office complex, developed by Finep and Ungelt Partners next to the Stodůlky metro station. CFH Group, based in Beirut and Dubai, is part of the Lebanese banking group First National Bank. Its top manager, Karim Chamseddine, confirmed that CFH Group is looking for further opportunities in Prague.
