CG Gruppe is planning to develop a residential and commercial building in the spa town of Aachen. The project will offer 5,630 sqm of residential space in 95 apartments, 370 sqm of commercial space and 73 parking spots in an underground garage. The scheme, set for completion in fall 2016, is expected to cost €23mn. CG Gruppe has already sold the project to a life insurance company. Colliers International brokered the deal.
