Colliers International named Charles Badell managing director of the company’s valuation and advisory services. The opening of the Miami Valuation office marks the expansion of the valuation team in Florida, which also includes offices in Tampa, Sarasota, Jacksonville and soon Orlando. Badell has 16 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience in South Florida and is a second generation appraiser. He previously was the associate director at Integra Realty Services, where he focused primarily on income-producing properties, including office, industrial, multifamily and retail, in addition to condominium developments on the Miami market.
