Charles River Analytics has renewed and expanded its lease at 625 Mount Auburn Street in Cambridge. The company now takes up 83,177 square-feet of the three story office building that offers 136,585 sq . The property is located in the West Cambridge submarket, 1.25 miles west of Harvard Square. the buildings amenities include a fitness facility, shared conference room, cafe, and covered parking. Charles River develops custom intelligent systems for government and commercial customers. KBS Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, California announced the deal.
