Chefs Culinar, a leading distributor to Poland’s HoReCa sector, has become the inaugural tenant at the newly developed MLP Business Park Łódź. The company has leased over 1,600 sqm of modern warehouse and office space, marking a significant milestone for the business park. The lease agreement was facilitated by Renthis Estate.
The newly signed deal allocates over 1,400 sqm for state-of-the-art warehousing, with an additional 240 sqm designated for offices and staff amenities. Chefs Culinar’s presence highlights the strategic appeal of MLP Business Park Łódź, which offers businesses high-quality, customizable spaces with excellent accessibility.

Chefs Culinar is a leading distributor to the hospitality industry in Poland, serving restaurants, hotels, and catering businesses. Its product range includes approximately 12,000 items, spanning from dairy, meats, and spices to ready-to-eat meals and premium beverages. By establishing a presence at MLP Business Park Łódź, the company aims to strengthen its distribution network in central Poland.

MLP Business Park’s proximity to the A1 motorway and Łódź city center was a key factor. The developer’s flexibility in customizing the space and willingness to negotiate terms also played a significant role in securing the deal. MLP Business Park Łódź is MLP Group’s second logistics park in the Łódź metropolitan area and is set to become a major hub for businesses. The 16-hectare park will ultimately offer 30,400 sqm of cutting-edge space, including environmentally sustainable solutions, such as solar photovoltaic systems and electric vehicle charging stations. Approximately 30% of the park will be dedicated to green spaces and a retention pond, as part of MLP’s commitment to sustainability. The park will undergo BREEAM New Construction certification with an ‘Excellent’ rating.
Strategically located, MLP Business Park Łódź offers convenient access to public transport, the A1 and A2 highways, and is just 10 km from Łódź city center. It also benefits from proximity to the S14 expressway and Łódź airport, making it an attractive location for logistics and commercial operations.
