In Frankurt, China Construction Bank has acquired residential property and an office building on Bockenheimer Landstrasse from Frankfurt Union Gmbh. The residential property was built in 1996 and offers 1,000 sqm, while the office building dates back to 1962 and comprises a gross external area of 6,800 sqm. The buyer plans to renovate the office building before occupying roughly half of it. Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers and B.Stone Real Estate Consulting acted as transaction managers.
