The UK’s record year was noted in 2014 where an investment total of £3.8 billion was invested for the year. 2017 holds unclear predictions for foreign investment figures due to China’s recent target of interest being central Europe. The property markets in central Europe offer lower prices and less competitors in comparison to UK markets.
