Chinese developer Risesun to build spa near Brno

20 June 2016

Thermal Pasohlávky signed a contract with Chinese developer Risesun to build a spa complex in Pasohlávky, 30 km south of Brno. South Moravia governor Michal Hašek and prime minister Bohuslav Sobotka were present at the signing in China, as Thermal Pasohlávky is a company established by the South Moravia region and the Pasohlávky municipality. Hašek says the spa could be completed in 2019 and create 500 new jobs. The spa is a greenfield project and will go up on 20 hectares of land along the Nové Mlýny lake, in an area that features hydrothermal sources. It will include 12 buildings as well as a pavilion offering traditional Chinese medicine.
