Hotel asset management and business advisory services company, CHMWarnick, has been selected by Cuyahoga County to asset manage the Hilton Cleveland Downtown. The $272 million publicly-funded 600 room hotel opened June 1. The Hilton Cleveland Downtown will offer 46,000 sqf of meeting space and is connected to the 395,000 sqf adjoining First Merit Convention Center. Hotel amenities include a full-service business center, indoor pool, fitness center and state-of-the-art guest rooms. The facility is also connected the Global Center for Health Innovation, and Mall B. CHMW currently provides asset management services for nine publicly-financed hotels totaling 7,000-plus rooms in some of the leading convention markets across the country.
