Boston-based commercial real estate advisory firm McCall & Almy has hired Chris Chou as Vice President. Chou will advise the firm’s corporate and institutional clients on strategic planning, development feasibility, and disposition and acquisition services. He previously worked for Colliers International’s Development & Consulting Services Group. He’s also held positions at Kendall Real Estate Ventures, KO Automotive Group, C. Talanian Realty and Nordblom Company. Chou received his MBA from Babson College, F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and his BS from Boston University Questrom School of Business. Jim Canfield, Executive Vice President said Chou’s experience in finance, asset management and site acquisition would be a great asset for the team.
