CBRE appointed Chris Sheils head of investment properties and named Peter Wojtusiak associate director of its investment properties team in Prague. Sheils will join the team in April. He has spent the last five years as director of CEE investment services at Colliers International, where he developed the company’s investment business in the Czech Republic. He advised on approximately €500m of investment and land transactions. Sheils has 15 years of experience on the European real estate investment markets and is a member of RICS. Wojtusiak previously worked for Chapman Taylor for seven years as director. He has experience in master planning, retail and office projects.
