Chris Watkinson has left the Czech-based law firm BBH to join Dentons Hungary as a partner. He will split his time between Budapest and Prague, focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity transactions and joint ventures. Watkinson was head of the English law desk at BBH in Prague. Prior to that he worked for Squire Patton Boggs in London, where he focused on M&A transactions on the Russian market as well as the CEE/CIS region.
