Christopher Crooks named principal at Cresa Washington D.C.

Cresa Washington DC has named Christopher Crooks as a Principal in the firm’s offices in the District and Maryland. Crooks comes to DC after over 20 years of consulting and brokerage service at the Boston office of Cresa. As Principal in the DC offices, Crooks will be involved in all aspects of real estate, including local transactional services, portfolio strategic planning, site searches, and lease negotiations. Crooks received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from the University of Connecticut and has studied abroad at the University of Limburg, Maastricht, in the Netherlands.
