CIB Bank has sold the former CIB Bank Headquarter offices located on Szabadság square in Budapest to a German investor. The cost of the deal as well as the name of the buyer has been not disclosed yet. The property was built in 1900 and offers 6,800 sqm. It underwent a complete modernization in the late 1990s and served as one of CIB Bank’s headquarters until 2013. The seller was represented by Cushman & Wakefield during the transaction process.
