The China Investment Corporation (CIC) sovereign wealth fund will complete the construction of a new warehouse in Romania in June, near the Henkel factory in the Pantelimon district of Bucharest, and the spaces are already promised, according to sources in the real estate market. The new logistics hall has an area of about 20,000 sqm is built on a plot of 4.4 hectares.
The new project comes a few months away from the expansion of Logicor Bucharest I Park in Mogosoaia with a new building of 38,000 sqm, which was fully leased and which brought the total area of the park to 125,000 sqm.
