AQUARIUS BUSINESS HOUSE by Echo Investment has been nominated for Best Office Development and Best Office Investment Transaction at this years CIJ Award Poland to be held on 30th October 2013 at the Westin Hotel in Warsaw.
AQUARIUS BUSINESS HOUSE is an ‘A’ class office building located in the centre of Wrocław at the junction of Swobodna and Borowska streets. This modern office complex offering a number of the latest technological solutions, high-end information and communication technology links, security and access control systems, as well as a number of functions which support environmentally-friendly, efficient and economical management of energy and utilities. The facility consists of two 7-storey buildings. The leasable office space of the whole facility amounts to 25,000 sqm.
The CIJ Award Poland honors the best office development to have been completed between 1 November 2012 and 30 September 2013 in Poland. Schemes will be judged upon a variety of criteria, including sophistication of development, commercial success, quality of tenants, road and/or alternative access routes, location and attention to environmental sustainability.
