BPH Office Park phase I by Euro Styl Sp. z o.o. S.K.A. has been nominated for Best Office Development at this years CIJ Award Poland to be held on 30th October 2013 at the Westin Hotel in Warsaw.
BPH Office Park is a modern complex of three office buildings of the A class, in the formula “build to suitā for the Bank BPH SA., designed by Biuro Architektoniczne Abacus. The total area of the buildings realised in phase I is 13 500 sqm. The tenant may also use 80 car parking lots in the underground garage hall and 165 lots in the outside car park. The buildings were endowed with all technical facilities available in objects of the A class, including air-conditioning-humidifying units, power generator, BMS, raised floors, suspended ceilings, pivoting windows, access control systems, anti-burglary systems, CCTV, and fire signalling system.
This award is intended to honor the best office development to have been completed between 1 November 2012 and 30 September 2013 in Poland. Schemes will be judged upon a variety of criteria, including sophistication of development, commercial success, quality of tenants, road and/or alternative access routes, location and attention to environmental sustainability.
