Residential project Na Polanie Apartments by EKOLAN has been nominated for Best Residential Luxury Development at this years CIJ Award Poland to be held on 30th October 2013 at the Westin Hotel in Warsaw.
The Na Polanie Apartments is a housing estate nestled in the forest of Tricity Landscape Park located between Gdynia and Sopot. The place offers a panoramic view on Gdynia. The vicinity of the Tricity Landscape Park – the „green lungs“ of Tricity with abundant flora and fauna – guarantees peace and quiet to the Na Polanie Apartment residents, as well as provides many possibilities of outdoor activities.
This Award is intended to honor the best residential luxury development to have been completed between 1 April 2012 and 30 September 2013. Schemes will be judged upon a variety of criteria, including architectural design, the living environment created, commercial success, quality of construction, access to public transportation, as well as attention to environmental sustainability.
