Residential project ‘Przy Słowiańskim Wzgórzu’ by Echo Investment has been nominated for Best Luxury Residential Development at this years CIJ Award Poland to be held on 30th October 2013 at the Westin Hotel in Warsaw.
‘Przy Słowiańskim Wzgórzu’ is a modern building which includes 205 apartments with areas ranging from 34 to 97 sqm. Most of them have a balcony, a terrace or a loggia. Clients looking for larger apartments can use the option of joining the units together. There are some commercial premises on the ground floor, with areas ranging from 67 to 152 sqm.
This Award is intended to honor the best residential affordable development to have been completed between 1 April 2012 and 30 September 2013. Schemes will be judged upon a variety of criteria, including architectural design, the living environment created, commercial success, quality of construction, access to public transportation, as well as attention to environmental sustainability.
