SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków has been nominated for Best Industrial/Warehouse Development of the year at this years CIJ Award Poland to be held on 30th October 2013 at the Westin Hotel in Warsaw.
In 2013 SEGRO has enlarged its biggest investment in the region – SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków by developing a part of building G for three new tenants – Valeo Service Eastern Europe, CAT LC Polska and GEODIS CalbersonPolska. The new BTS facility comprises 15,000 sqm of high standard warehouse and office space. The construction of the facility began in October 2012 and it took only seven months upon the delivery of the space in May 2013 for two clients: Valeo Service Eastern Europe that leases almost 9,000 sqm, and CAT LC Polska that occupies almost 2,000 sqm area.
This award is intended to honor the best industrial/warehouse development to have been completed between 1 November 2012 and 30 September 2013 in Poland. Schemes must offer at least 10,000 sqm GLA in order to be considered and will be judged upon a variety of criteria, including sophistication of development, commercial success, quality of tenants, road and/or alternative access routes, location and attention to environmental sustainability.
