Residential project Wilno estate by Dom development has been nominated for Best Residential Affordable Development at this years CIJ Award Poland to be held on 30th October 2013 at the Westin Hotel in Warsaw.
The Wilno estate is an exceptional, low-rise development, with 3-storey modern buildings with flats in convenient and practical layouts. The heart of the whole Wilno estate will be Plac Ostrej Bramy, with cafés and shops, a system of fountains, romantic flower gardens, park benches, and elaborate green areas.
This award is intended to honor the best residential affordable development to have been completed between 1 April 2012 and 30 September 2013. Schemes will be judged upon a variety of criteria, including architectural design, the living environment created, commercial success, quality of construction, access to public transportation, as well as attention to environmental sustainability.
