The Westin Hotel in downtown Warsaw filled with many of the stars of the Polish development sector to enjoy an evening filled with food, entertainment and prize giving at the CIJ Awards 2015. It was an evening highlighted by extremely high quality nominations at the end of a banner year for the Polish property market. HB Reavis Poland won both Office Development of the Year for its project Postępu 14 in Warsaw and in addition Office Developer of the year. Other big winners at this year’s awards included Echo Investment, Panattoni, P3 and Dom Development.
This year for the first time, the PZFD (Polish Association of Developers) and RICS were included as percentage judging partners in the voting process, which was completed by separate juries for the project categories and by leading CEOs in Poland’s property sector.
