For the 16th year, CIJ Awards Poland winners were honored on Thursday with prizes being handed out in 27 categories. In the RE Development, Developer & Transaction category the title of Best Office Developer went to HB Reavis, while Best Residential Developer was awarded to Dom Development. Unibail–Rodamco’s Wroclavia project, completed in October in Wrocław, was named Best Retail Development, while Amazon’s fulfillment center, developed by Panattoni Europe, picked up Best Warehouse Development. Murapol was awarded Leading Green Building Development. Griffin Premium RE’s IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, conducted by Griffin Real Estate, was awarded Investment Transaction of the Year.
