CIJ March issue 2015 (MIPIM Free Download)

9 March 2015

What a year 2014 turned out to be, especially on the investment front. Poland cruised to €3bn in total transactions without breaking a sweat, but the Czech Republic turned it up a gear to do €2bn in business. But if last year seemed to be about those two countries chasing each other for top honors, many observers were pointing out that the signs were looking good in the rest of CEE as well. When serious market-respected players in this region start saying that Hungary and Romania are coming back onto the investment scene, it means the old crisis narrative finally needs to be taken out and shot. Consider it done.

In the March issue, in a series of surveys, articles and one-on-one interviews, we bring you the opinions and insights of over a dozen market experts on the new face of the investment market and CEE’s role in it. There’s also a full range of up-to-date information on investment transactions, major lease deals and new developments.
