Cimex bought the Vyšehrad Garden office complex in Prague 4-Pankrác from Immofinanz. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The transaction was sealed last week. The building, located at Na Pankráci 26, is Cimex’s fourth investment along the same street. The group previously purchased Na Pankráci 58, which it uses as its headquarters, along with Na Pankráci 30 and another building on the same street from ČSOB bank.
Vyšehrad Garden offers 4,760 sqm of usable space and 68 parking places. The scheme is nearly fully leased, according to Cimex.
