Cismigiu hotel facade restoration completed

27 March 2012

Spanish property development company Hercesa, which bought the former Hotel Cismigiu in 2004, has completed work on the 100 year old building’s facade.
Located in heart of Bucharest, the building has been through a €15m restoration, but by Hercesa in 2009. The result is a four star hotel with 60 rooms, retail space on the ground floor and office space on the mezzanine and 1st floor.
The company is currently negotiating with potential tenants for two of the ground floor shops, which could be used as a pub, a bank or even a library.
The 10,000 building offers 36 underground parking spots.
