A total of 100 apartments at the insolvent Citadella Titan residential project will go on sale this year. Prices will start at €35,000 for a studio and €49,000 for a two-bedroom apartment. The project belongs to the company BRC Business Group which has debts totaling RON 71m, RON 38m of which are owed to the bank BCR. Andreea Comsa, managing director of Premier Estate Management, will handle the apartment sales. She told the Wall street.ro that renovation work on the common areas is currently being carried out. Citadella Titan is located in Bucharest’s Titan district and comprises two, 14-floor apartment blocks, offering a total of 224 apartments.
