Citi’s Board of Directors has elected Gary M. Reiner and James S. Turley as new independent directors. Both Mr. Reiner and Mr. Turley also will join the Board of Directors of Citibank, N.A. Mr. Reiner is the Operating Partner at General Atlantic LLC, and Mr. Turley is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ernst & Young.
