Citibank Europe has leased 10,000 sqm of office space at the Centaurus complex in Olsztyn. Dentons’ real estate group advised Inopa, the developer of the mixed-use project, during the lease process. Citibank Europe will be the anchor tenant, occupying 80 percent of the overall office space, where it intends to set up one of the group’s largest shared services centers in the world. Centaurus includes office and retail space as well as a hotel and a residential building. The office building offers 11,240 sqm of leasable space.
