City Bistro Management, the company that bought the land of the former Muntenia oil factory in Bucharest, obtained a town planning certificate, according to which 10-storey apartment blocks will be built on the land of almost 6 hectares.
City Bistro Management ran a business of almost EUR 46 million in 2020 and recorded a profit of over EUR 17 million.
The area where the land of the former Muntenia factory is located has a huge potential for development, especially in the apartment segment. Being an area where there were several factories, the land became valuable for real estate developments.
