City Garden developer is starting work on the second phase of the Bonton Luxury Villas project in the Pipera area. The new development phase will complete the luxury complex with 30 villas. The expected delivery time is the end of 2022.
Bonton Luxury Villas is a EUR 16 million investment in 66 premium villas. The project is unique in Romania, being the only one that offers the possibility to equip the home with an interior elevator.
The first phase includes 36 villas and a private club with swimming pool and fitness room, which will be completed in the first half of this year.
