The developer City Garden has completed Apollo D’or Downtown Residence, a residential project in Bucharest, following an investment of more than €5.5m. The project has 40 apartments and includes 48 underground parking spaces, an indoor courtyard, terraces and gardens, two lifts, reception and a lobby. Prices for units start at €131,900 plus VAT and go up to €449,000. Apollo D’or Downtown Residence is located in the Unirii area of the capital and is the second residential complex developed by City Garden.
