City Garden will invest EUR 16 million in a luxury residential project in Pipera, Bucharest. Bonton Luxury Villas will be delivered in 2 phases and will totalize 66 villas. The construction works for the first phase of the project started in 2019 and will be delivered this year, while the second phase is to be delivered in 2022. Starting prices at EUR 369,000 + Vat and the first phase has already 30 percent sold.
City Garden has also build 21 Downtown, Apollo D’or, and City Garden Pipera.
