City Space opening centers in Polish regional cities for Echo clients

3 October 2016

The shared offices space operator CitySpace (formerly Compass Offices) is expanding into Poland’s regional cities, targeting larger leases. CIJ learned that the company, which was recently taken over by Echo Investment, will be providing short-term leases to Echo’s BPO clients, known for their impatience to open back offices in Poland. In January, 2017, the company will open three new locations: in Symetris Business Park in ŁódÅŗ (a 7-year lease, totaling 1,001 sqm), O3 Business Campus in Kraków (1,327 sqm for 7 years) and Warsaw’s Park Rozwoju, at Konstruktorska street (1,450 sqm for 10 years).

The company is also testing new locations, like Wrocław, Gdańsk, Poznań, Szczecin, and Katowice, but has refused to provide any further details. With expansion underway, the company has also modified its product in order to offer open space and conference rooms.
