New York City based Related Cos. will expand its mixed-use center CityPlace in West Palm Beach. The plan calls for 300,000 square feet of Class B office space spread across two buildings, and an apartment or condominium building with 300 units. The 15 year old CityPlace includes 600,000 square feet of retail space; CityPlace Tower, an 18-story Class A office tower; an apartment building and condominiums. The new projects would be built on Related-owned land at the northern end of CityPlace.
