Cityring Development, in partnership with Evergent Investments, begin construction of the third phase of the Atria Urban Resort project in the northwest of Sector 1 in Bucharest. The value of the third phase is EUR 40 million. The third phase of the Atria Urban Resort project will have 350 apartments, which will be completed by the end of next year.
The project covers nine hectares and was designed in four phases of construction, with 1,400 apartments in total and a total value of EUR120 million. The first phase of the project was completed and sold in full at the beginning of 2020. The second phase, with 398 apartments and an area with commercial space, has a value of about EUR 35 million and was sold almost entirely. Also this year, Atria starts designing and authorizing the fourth and final phase of the real estate project.
