The Civil Aviation Authority renewed its office lease at Flanders Business Park in Warsaw. The deal covers more than 6,600 sqm of office space, making it one of the biggest renewals in Warsaw in the second half of 2014. The Civil Aviation Authority has been located at Flanders Business Park A since 2009 and recently signed on for another 117 sqm of space.
The 14,500 sqm Flanders Business Park office complex was developed by Liebrecht & wooD at the junction of ÅopuszaÅska and Aleja Krakowska streets, near the southern bypass with access to the A2 motorway and Chopin Airport. Construction is underway on a second phase, which will add 22,100 sqm of new space to the project. The developer expects to secure a BREEAM rating of Very Good or Excellent.
