Clarion Partners has closed on the disposition of the Sabadell Financial Center in the Broward County community of Plantation, Florida. The buyer, The Green Companies, picked up the five-story, 102,007-square-foot, Class A office building for $19.25 million. Located at 150 South Pine Island Road, the property underwent extensive renovation from 2012 to 2015. The asset was 96 percent leased at the time of the sale with tenants including Sabadell United Bank, Quest Workspaces and Ferencik Libanoff Brandt Bustamante & Goldstein, P.A. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer. HFF also assisted the new ownership in securing a 10 year, $12.5 million fixed rate loan through Aegon USA Realty Advisors, LLC.
