Clark Simpson was named vice president of the capital markets group at Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer. Simpson owned Commonwealth Property Group, a multi-family management and brokerage company he started in Norfolk in 2011 and recently sold to SlateHouse Group. He started his commercial real estate career with CBRE in 2004 where he served as vice president focused on retail sales and leasing, and multi-family investment sales. Simpson graduated from James Madison University.
