The Toronto-based real estate asset manager Timbercreek has opened a branch in Germany. Claudia Reich Floyd will head the Hamburg office. Reich Floyd joined the company in 2012 as executive director of portfolio management and research. She holds an MBA in finance and banking from the University of Cologne and brings with her 15 years of investment experience on the global real estate securities markets. Prior to joining Timbercreek, Reich Floyd was head of real estate securities at 4IP Management.
