The businessman Claudiu Aron plans to build an apart-hotel with 120 apartments in the Olimp resort on the Romanian coast.
“It will be a four-star hotel by the beach with 120 apartments, restaurants, swimming pool. We are waiting for the approvals and authorizations to start the construction and then I will be able to give more details. We estimate that the construction will be ready in a year and a half, after we get the approvals. Olimp is once again the new pearl of the Romanian coast”, declared Claudiu Aron.
The entrepreneur is known for the Alpin hotel complex in Poiana Braşov. At the Alpin complex, this year he aims for EUR 9 million in business and for next year he estimates that it will reach the level of EUR 12 million.
